Unexpected

I awoke to my sis-in-law{Amy} calling to tell me she had heard my name as a winner on UCB,then the phone rang and it was Al Baker telling me I was the winner for February's online contest!!! Cool, what a nice way to start of my day!!! Then I got Abigail up and we had breakfast, then to my sheer delight she rolled over, I was sooo excited {definetly first time parent syndrome]I was clapping and she was looking at me like I was nuts!!!! I can't believe how big she's getting. I am definetly enjoying every stage of her new little life!!! Today has been many unexpected but lovely blessings!!! Thank you Lord for the little things in life!!!

Parenting

There are no words to describe how I feel .....
Every morning I lay awake waiting to hear the faint cooing noises of my little girl,as I make my way to her I am so overwhelmed by the love i have for this little person whom I've only known for the last four months. And then I lean over her crib and she's smiling up at me with her blue eyes shining and that dimple like her daddy's and everything just falls into place. At that moment it hits me.... The love i feel for her is how my heavenly father feels about me,it's almost to much for me to wrap my mind around. Being a parent is the most treasured gift the Lord could give me,he loves me that much!!! I pray that both Jason and I will be examples to both Abby and Katherine of the fathers love and that we will raise them up to me mighty women of God. That is the prayer of my heart. May we never take our children for granted, being parent is a privelege NOT a right!!!!!!

Today I'm thankful for everything the Lord has bestowed upon myself and my family.
It's funny how sometimes we put God in a box limitng the work he wants to do in our lives all because our fatih level isn't where it needs to be. Today I am shouting to God and singing his praise!!! Thanks to the Martins and Mcfauls for helping a gal celebrate and for the lovely gifts!!! You truly are dear friends to both Jason and I We love you guys!!!!

Lil Sis

It was September 16 1987 when my baby sister made her entrance into this world an I became a "big sis" for the second time. It's funny as we were growing up we had little in common because of the age gap{7yrs}However as we both matured{well sort of!!} we have become the best of friends!!! It's nice to have someone who knows you,faults and all and still loves you. You were totally supportive and helpful during my wedding and with the birth of Abigail. I couldn't imagine those life events without you!!!! So this blog my dear sis is a tribute to you for being a constant in my life!!!

To My Valentine

Today as everyone is well aware is Valentines's Day, I am praying that on this day my friends and family are feeling loved and appreciated!!!! I am dedicating this blog to my valentine,my best friend,father of my child and loving and devoted husband!!!! Who made me a wonderful dinner before he left to go work all nite in the frigid cold. Thank You Jason for giving me something worth more than any rose or chocolate or sparkly trinket........ The gift of sacrifice and uncondtional love, I look forward to our years ahead.

The Unthinkable!!!!!!!!!!!!

The impossible,unthinkable has happened. However before anybody panics maybe i should clarify. For me to tell this little tale u will have to use your imagination as this person does not want HIS identity revealed due to backlash. This person ALWAYS teased me about frequenting this high end "coffee shop". Everytime we would go to this "coffee shop" HE would try a different drink and everytime HE would not enjoy it. So he started to boycott this buisness and i was saddened because everyone of our friends enjoy this place and HE would have no part of it!!!!

That was until yesterday which started out like any other day however something happened that i was not prepared for ney not ever expecting to see. This "person" and I had a meeting with our friendly mortgage man and it just happened to be at the afore mentioned "coffee shop" so being the persistant gal ordered HIM my fav beverage and waited with baited breath knowing that the outcome would be like every other time or so i thought.........................
It"s hard to describe how it happened HE took a sip and at first said nothing in fact he sat thru the meeting remainng very quiet,it wasn't until we were in the mall that he leaned over and admitted...........................HE LOVED HIS DRINK!!!!!!! In fact before we left the mall HE asked me to ............ORDER HIM ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He confessed he was now a lover of the "coffee shop" and has now joined the bandwagon!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!! For those of you who know this "person" it is truly miraculous that this has taken place. Now we can go there with our friends or to have a nite out. I never thought i would see it, and to think when i woke yesterday i thought it was going to be a boring monday!!!!

Another Week Begins!!!

Well another week come and gone it was pretty busy for me. We had our jr high valentines party and it went really super!!!! I know i"ve said it before but I love our "kids" Both Jay and I love being on leadership,especially working under the covering of such great people[ie Mark and Rhonda] And i'm excited to see where God is taking our "life group" although my husband refuses to call it that {ha ha } He still refers to it as "cell". Last nite the Lord really moved within our group and i know every week will be just as intense. I'm also glad Abby's fever is gone [i think she's teething},is that possible? She had all the classic symptoms. Anyways all is well with the Beaumonts!!!! Hope all my friends and family r doing well !!!!

I am one of the very few people in this world,who can truthfully say they enjoy there inlaws.
I know i can hear the skeptisim already however they are funny and unique,and i love it!!!!


We had some serious laughs tonite making memories that's what it's all about!!!!!!
It was fun. I truly enjoy my family and i hope they feel the same!!!!!

today i am overcome by how big my God is!!!! I am so thankful for my family and friends. last nite my jr high gals came over and we had a blast!!!! jason and i are so greatful to be pouring in to such amazing kids !!!! It was so nice to visit with andrew and vicki , jason is still shocked from the whole "musical loving ". however we can't wait to do dinner. Seven days and counting!!!!

anyways this new mom is enjoying this "blogging experience" my little cutie is having her nap so mommie is blogging away!!! Were having a bday party tonite eating lots of pizza!!!

im just so thankful for having a relationship with Christ!!!! And for reconnecting with old friends it's been a refreshing week
